Your career development is as boundless as your imagination. You will enjoy access to all Monext professions (project management, engineering, quality, sales, marketing, customer relations, etc.) through our internal mobility policy, supported by personalised HR and manager follow-ups.

Training is a key part of employees’ careers at Monext. It starts from the moment you arrive in the company! Our “Monext Academy” structure plays host to our experts who provide training on the subjects specific to our businesses (cyber-security, electronic payments, etc.). We also welcome our partner bodies to give training courses on targeted themes.

Throughout the year, to assist employees’ career development, the HR team and managers hold regular discussions. HR follow-up meetings are scheduled, in addition to annual and career appraisals. The aim is twofold: to listen to employees’ needs and to fulfil our business ambitions.

Training

To support you in expressing your requirements, the training manager studies each request individually, the manager provides insight and a training catalogue is available to all.
