Each year, we take on a number of long-term interns for placements with real responsibilities that may lead to a permanent position within the company.

Our interns benefit from a personal welcome, HR and managerial support and appropriate training throughout their internships. We do our utmost to add to your expertise and to help you to complete successfully the tasks entrusted to you.

Recruitment
process

Initial application

You may apply for any vacancy advertised online, or alternatively, you may send in a speculative application. An email acknowledgement will confirm receipt of your application. You will receive a reply within 15 days.

Application selection

We are committed to an objective approach to application selection, allowing no form of prejudice or discriminatory practice to affect our recruitment process at any stage. We select our applicants purely on the basis of the skills and capabilities required by the position in question. Our selection process is carried out in strict compliance with our recruitment charter.

Telephone interview

If your CV is picked out, our Head of recruitment will contact you for a telephone interview. This type of interview may also be proposed if you would otherwise face significant logistical difficulties in attending a face-to-face interview.

Interviews and final selection process

If your profile matches the demands and challenges of the position in question, you will be invited to sit three interviews, firstly with our Head of recruitment, then with the Operations management team. During these interviews, your motivations, suitability for the position in terms of your skills, and your potential will all be assessed.
