At Monext, we know that the induction period is essential and have set up a comprehensive programme for our new employees!
I receive a letter with HR information, corporate brochures, team organisation charts, etc.
I am welcomed by my “HR contact”. I visit the premises, meet the teams and am given a schedule of key dates for progress meetings with my HR contact and line manager.
Monext boasts a broad range of areas of expertise related to payment solutions. During my induction period, I find out more for a better overview of Monext’s businesses.
All new employees are invited. The day includes corporate presentations, a quiz, games, team building and is rounded off with a cocktail party with Monext management.
Team meetings are held monthly by managers to keep us informed and provide perspective.
At Monext, we also know how to celebrate key milestones. Today, my manager marks the successful end of my trial period, I bring in breakfast for everyone and we celebrate in style!
The annual gala is THE event of the year. The annual report is presented, next year’s strategy is discussed, then it’s time to party!
The annual performance review is an ideal opportunity to meet with my manager to look back over the past year, define targets for the coming year and discuss my career development and training options, etc.
Today, I give blood! Buses come to pick us up at Monext to take us to the local EFS blood centre. It is a civic duty done as a team!
I attend an internal training session on electronic payments, general security and “PCI DSS”.
Today is a “happy day” at Monext: free breakfast for all employees, massage chairs, sunflower seeds to be planted, and lots of other surprises!
